Good growth potential but only after merger with Mahindra Satyam is complete.

Cons

No transparency, untrustworthy middle management. 'Favorite' team members given better projects, more onsite opportunities and faster promotions than those with merit/skills.

- Highest flexibility to what I want to do mostly I would attribute to the culture of managers in Mumbai office - Excellent trainings of highest quality - Ample opportunity once your prove your technicals - A lot of ex exmployees wants return to TechM

Cons

- A surge of ASM projects, so new trainees may potentially have chance of allocating anywhere but if they are in top 10 of training batch they can opt for their own preference - Getting stuck to a bad manager can ruin personal prospect in any company not specific to TechM
