Pros
Opportunities- Tech M really gives you a lot of opportunities if you have ability and dedication to follow through Work/Life Balance- It is upto you what you want to take on- you can have a relaxed time or a very challenging time. Of course the rewards of choosing either are also very different.
Cons
HR- Probably the worst department at Tech Mahindra. More often than not you will encounter HR professionals who are totally incompetent, have no morals and have an attitude you can't work with. Systems- Not an easy maze to work around and this for a mid sized company is pretty appalling.
