very nice crowd, good people Above average food, good chance for promotion for the ppl staying in company for longer time. If u like to accept the things as they r, work in techm.

Cons

Bad facilities, use of regional languages, bad infrastructure, lengthy process for any request, lowest salaries, dress code. Worse than govt org. no transport. Components shown in package are much more than the actual in hand salary.
