The work options that you get. Being a MNC, you get opportunities in various skill set.

Cons

Appreciation isn't good. Most things come along the way with seniority and not by performance. It isn't an employee friendly company and with ongoing merger with Mahindra Satyam, rather than adopting the positives, at lower level the trend seems to be of adopting negatives. Decisions made aren't transparent, resulting in much dissatisfaction. As a result, the best leave the company and the average rise to power.

Good Learning option for Freshers but not good packages & hikes

Pros

Learning opportunities are good. Good exposure for the freshers.

Cons

Most of the people work over here for more that 10 hours a day on average and 6 days a week. The appraisal system is too bad with no transparency and consistency. The salary packages are also not at market level
