Work environment/culture & people. Great place to learn. Task orientation, time management, people management, all skills have ample scope to be honed in there.

Cons

Appraisals, increments. Although the excuse is that of industry benchmark, the annual increments are miniscule. The benefits are not quite satisfactory.
