Only 8 hours of work per day.

Cons

8 hours is mandatory every day. You leave one minute early, your entire day may be lost. Too much power in the hands of managers. TG1 employees are basically bonded labourers, acting as per the whims of their immediate managers. Way too much politics. Compensation not in keeping with the skills of the employee.
