* No work pressure. * Nice on-desk learning for almost everyone in the org. * Normal salary hikes. * Team building activities by org. * Good options to switch within the org to get better project. * Gym and TT at most of the office locations. * Cab service is provided. * Shift allowance.

Cons

* Not enough fun activities and games. * Most of the projects are using old technologies and tools. * No flexible work-hours. * No work-from-home in most of the projects. * No motivation for innovation.
