      Get decent onsite opportunities, if you have a very good capabilities then you can get enough recognition

      Cons

      Couldnt expect much recognition interms of monetary.. Also, most of the times the actual work is more like any offshoring company low end jobs entirely bodies-driven.. rather than much on cutting edge or consulting...
