      Pros

      Continuous Learning, Behavioral and Technical Trainings Chat sessions with different senior people time to time however it is not completely transparent. Cultural activities, TechM has its own band.

      Cons

      Management Policies : they can change any time and most of the times in favor of company only Career Opportunities are good but to take an opportunity you might need to fight with your manager. Sometimes to take another opportunity in company itself one might need to submit resignation. Your growth totally depends on your manager.
