Some of the best minds in the industry work here. In some projects, serious cutting edge work happens - high end consulting and implementation. There are great salary perks and growth is very quick for those who can shine well.

Cons

The appraisal processes are quite random and your growth is highly correlated to what impression your managers and peers carry about you. The facilities offered in the offices are bare minimal. The leave policies and transport policies and extra-hour compensations are very restrictive and not great.
