      Pros

      Very Employee friendly policies which lead toward Learning opportunity and growth along with company growth. The wide presence in Telecom domain provide challenging environment to grow career to satisfy customer need.

      Cons

      Although we follow open door policy, but probably we need more transparency .

      Below par salaries, bad policies

      Pros

      good projects. a great place if you want to learn about telecom domain. A lot of onsite opportunities. They have projects in not only Europe but Americas and middle east as well.

      Cons

      very bad policies. they almost never pay the variable component of salary on time. even if they do its part payment. the appraisal takes months and months to complete. by the time you get appraised salary its almost time for the next appraisal. medical and lta is part of CTC !! please be careful about this. in general not employee friendly policies
