      Pros

      Canteen food.. :) Office in city.. Cant think more than this..

      Cons

      Can write an essay on this.. but will restrict myself.. Sub-std pay packages. no employee retention policies.. One of the worst HR policies in industry.. Will even try to rob u off your privacy(by installing softwares which monitor your activities).. No growth opportunities be it lateral or fresher.. Favoritism is prevalent among managers..

      Provides good platform for freshers (they've nothingto lose anyways)

      Cons

      ESI is not considered important Customer is King - Accepted but to consider it God and do only what Customer want without having your own opinion is wring. Pennywise pound foolish - will innovate new processes to cut down cost of the employees without realizing impact on ESI. Not good to work more than couple of years
