      Pros

      1. TechM is good for freshers. 2. We get to learn alot. 3. We get to learn domain and technical knowledge both.

      Cons

      1. Tech Mahindra doesn't bothers about in which profile we have experience. They'll just put you where ever requirement is there. 2. Tech Mahindra should work on how to promote people to next level. It should not only be dependent on experience but also work.

      Pros

      Tech Mahindra was a wonderful place to work at till I was engaged with it. There were many things which make its a healthy place to work like . its infrastructure, systems, building, etc..

      Cons

      One thing which is not good at TechM is Politics. either you have to work as ordered by your boss or they will create a situation to quite from job without listening you.
