      Bad Management policies in terms of career growth

      Having some of the Good projects of AT&T and British Telecom.

      Cons

      No visibility for Employees to carry on with company. No career path defined for Techies. Power is given to an individuals in management not to a process for compliance. There has always been a sense of uncertainity & panic amoung employees for the future of the company after taking over Satyam.

      if u want to work in a big organisation....

      Cons

      all policies against employees....from timesheets to cabs...nothing for the employee...every attempt will be made to cut money from you payroll...so be awake....no focus on R&D and innovative ideas....sick people doing the same old job and hefty politics
