Good for the freshers to start with ITP training is Very Good Good Salary Structure Good Work life balance Opportunities to learn (Depends on the project) married Women who doesn't have any career aspiration can stay for long term

Cons

Compensation is not competitive a hell lot of restrictions for installing any software on your machine and lot of approval needed which you don't get even if it is urgent basic services to employees not good, even doesn't a good cup of coffee/tea . Pantry poor No retention policy. They tries to retain if you are key resource just by saying but they offer so less that no one wants to retain Middle management is very poor

Tech M bags some good project in terms of technologies used. Good internal training is available(ESG). There is a lot of work pressure but individual still have liberty to choose his on style of work.

Cons

Poor facilities to employees. Employees are rather treated as resources. Client is GOD and is never wrong. poor facilities for employee. Poor compensation
