Company provides very good and knowledgeable training programs,The work environment is also very good.There is the rule of equality i.e whether a manager or simple employee or a sweeper is equally respected.

Cons

In case of ITPians,Project are not assigned on the basis of the performance made in ITP.A person who cleared ITP with 60per gets a technical project wheres a person who cleared it with a good score and possess good technical skills is put into FLS.There should be an appreciation for good score in ITP.

You will get a good exposure in Telecom domain and as well as in some advanced technologies. Learning and R&D opportunities are there.

Cons

Very worst RMG group. Firing very frequently, not only in recession times, but always. Very worst Managers and you need a god father to protect you always. There are no much projects. If BT goes off from techmahindra, then that's the end of this company. High politics. You will be forced to get transfer to Pune, if there are no other projects in bangalore. If you don't accept, then you will be fired.
