      Its a place where you would want to settle down after an age of 50+ when you dont want to use your brain.

      1) Less firing, so job stability is more 2) Opportunities for Onsite are available, though limited. 3) Telecom Major, which is a growing field

      Cons

      1) No quality work, so skills get rusted with time 2) Onsite opportunities to those who butter the managers. 3) No incentives and very small annual increment
