      Started as Fresher, training was good, Company holds salary part and pay as per company performance and not individual

      Pros

      Started as College Graduate and given good training at TechM.

      Cons

      Project allocation to employee was random which is very bad. Compensation was held with company till end of year. Will never distribute whole package. The WORST part is appraisal cycle completes very late, so company holds employees' annual package. They say that 10% in A, 70% in B, remaining 20% in C or D as per appraisal in every project team. So even if all employees work good someone has to be pray of system which is VERY BAD.

      Pros

      got everything i want specially the itp training of 3 months,awesome training and awesome faculty.All supportive colleagues and managers as well.

      Cons

      You need to work hard each and every day.Sometimes have to work continuously for more than 15 hours per day.

      The top management is really very approachable. Lot of departments take care of an employee as an Individual. Overall, nice workplace to grow as a professional

      Cons

      Its a really good organisation provided it strictly adheres to its policies. Few sections of the work environment are really poor, especially the compensation offered. After all, we all work for salary, if that's not a motivation good enough.... what's the point ??
