If Placed into a nice project then options to learn..... otherwise learning option is doomed. Good quality initial training. Pay is moderate.

Cons

Management treats employees as their personal servants. IDU or Project change is a nightmare. Appraisal is also measurable. attitude of HR people is very unprofessional.
