Good , although there was firing of employees and not allowed to be on bench for more then 2 months. RMG is waste

Friendly work environment, good for freshers to kick off career, All kind of work employee gets if he is willing to do more to learn, learn politics and get a clear picture of projects compared to other organization

Cons

lateral hired suffer as hike provided is compensated in next appraisal cycles, Managers are waste and dont do any work Employee has to search projects on their own , if employee lacks contacts and communication he will be on bench and will be kicked out soon no rewards for work and dirty politics
