Good for onsite opportunities, no great carrier growth.

Pros

Good for one who wants to expertise on telecom domain, Good to get long term onsite opportunies, provided you should be smart to push your profile.

Cons

Company's Client become your boss in your day to day activites. HR department is not at all emloyee friendly. No transperency in appraisal. Appraisal results and hikes are always delayed and posponed for atleast two months. Loses good resource because of poor motivaton to work.

Technical growth is good as they throw a lot of technical stuff at you even at the starting of your career because they don't to hire highly paid people required for that work.

Cons

Everything other is cons for me.
