1. Good company in the Telecom domain. 2. Flexible working hours. 3. Good infrastructure.

Cons

1. Lots of politics. 2. Engineers given less preference as compared to others. 3. Hire and fire policy - you are fired and are told not to come to the office from the next day!

Good onsite oppurtuinity, provided you are at right place Lot of freedom for you to do the work, the way you like it 8 working hrs

Cons

No compensation or benefit, just trash that part. Annual appraisal takes a way long time, and even after that you find, you work for peanuts. You will either sit idle even for an year, or will work like hell for round the clock. Luck dependent company, if you have hard luck, take a side from this firm. Food is not good. Poor management of resources. A lot of projects end in being in pipeline, waisting resources time, who are allocated to that project.
