      Lots of avenue and scope for growth Colleagues make a great team to work with Clients all over the world, exposure is very wide

      Appraisal process is very poor Need revamp on the basic systems / processes to sustain talents Money / Salary is one of the factors, but not all. There are other avenues to improve
