No need to work.Just timepass and be good to your manager. Learn Office Politics Learn any technology without actually working.Get some Certification ,serve your Bond Period and then resign.There is no realization of your training & Certification from the company. Threaten resignation to get On site and go there to get pennies.

Cons

Politics Lack of Professional Managers. Lack of processes to check the work delivered by Senior Management No Transportation. Top Management is too busy writing blogs without caring about improving the business and profits.They instead blame employees for the rising costs. Not an employee friendly company .It is neither Business minded.
