Training is good for ITPians.

Cons

Transfer policy is rubbish. Low salary. Variable pay component is a mystery. U never know when u get and how much u get (or if you u will get) Lots of processes that hinder the work.

Not at all employee friendly company Your growth is dependent on your relations with manager. If you join as fresher you can leave the company in 2yrs more you stay lesser are opportunities, no technical growth on profiles Daily working bends as per BT’s mandates. Poor policies. Even being an IT company no automation of internal processes. Employee related policies changes w/o communication and with effect to past dates Appraisal system is of no use Delays in appraisal outcome and variable pay payout No transparent senior management

It provides you Good Telecom Domain Knowledge

Not Employee Friendly Organisation. Views of Employee are not considered. TechM Policies are for name sake. You work as BT directs/orders you. Policies are for not to follow. Management cannot say No to BT. People are expected to work 24*7 without proper compensation. Salaries are less compared to other organizations. Mangment derives new formulas for cost cutting. You will be stuck in one project for your lifetime (if you plan to stay in TechM that long)
