Not a place to learn new skills Salary is never Consistent Variable component in Salary is paid every quarter, but it will be deferred always by 6 months Promotion is rare, unless you work for BT client and u have a good rapport with senior managers Onsite - Offshore ratio is irrational HR department is one of the worst when compared to industry standards.

1) Brand Name 2) Onsites 3) If team is good you can survive, else very difficult.

1) Very bad salary structure. 2) Full of politics. 3) If you or your IDU head has good relations, at VP, EVP level, then you are in safe hands otherwise even for getting your own variable pay you will have to plead and have a hard time. 4) 0 % of professionalism. 5) Extremely bad policies, which change randomly at the wish and will of senior management. 6) Higher management always on look out on how to deduct money from employees. 6) Always planning for more harsh policies giving 0 compensation to employees.
