firstly, from day 1 I joined Tech M, I started working at client location, so does not apply Tech M policies. - So can not talk about Pros of this company.

Cons

- Policies changes very often. - No proper communication from HR for any information we request.(most of the times). - Not a good paymaster. - Before acquiring Stayam ,Tech M as company has good process, but post merger they have implemented Satyam policies which are not employee friendly.
