Good number of Annual Leaves Good Spectrum of Technologies and even wider after Satyam takeover Enough employee strength in projects

Cons

Huge politics and favouritism. Poor Salaries and salary hikes. No rationalization of salaries. No regards/consideration for employees likings in terms of work. Totally lost and uninformed Managers. High on ego managers or can we say dictators. Appraisal process is totally crap, no review of Managers by their subordinates. People can boot-lick their way up. No onsite opportunity

Good Clientele Sparks of Genius in pockets Due to non existence of process, quite a lot to do and achieve Good marketing team - rampup from 10K to 25K in 3 years Good Executive management - reduced dependance on BT

Cons

Leadership Lacks Strength No baselining and hence meritocracy takes a back seat inspite of best intentions Too much of dilution of talent pool due to expansion Client perception - cheap offshore supplier, lacking thought leadership and very reactive management Branded as a Telecom Company but lacks the spine Lacks vision - overall vision just seems to worth the paper on which it written Lacks synergies Becoming more autocratic and hence lacks opportunities and space for people to contribute openly. No training and career gowth plans
