- No raises. They expect "exceeds expectations" to get a raise, but altered QA scores so that no one could achieve that rating. - "Promotions" were not really promotions. They were increased responsibilities way above pay grade, with no title change and no compensation increase. - Toxic management attitudes. Even polite feedback was taken as having a hostile attitude. Pushback in any form was not welcome. - Low pay. Well below market average, and if you try to bring that up, be prepared to be laid off in favor of cheaper/more desperate labor. - Micromanagement. If you are remote, be prepared to be required to sit in a meeting all day anyway.
