* Very chill account and environment compared to other accounts and companies. * Work from Home * Certificate of Employment will be issued by International colleagues before you even process your clearance :)

Cons

* Most Team Leaders won't stay that long because of too many job politics/dramas they encounter with other unprofessional Team Leaders. * SMEs are not that recognized and no salary increase
