Pros

People who stay here for more than 6 months get promoted. I am serious and have seen this. Apart from this, None! I mean it. If this is not the last interview, don't take it.

Cons

1) Poor work culture. They literally hire everyone. 2) No perks as such. They grill you so much that people don't wait for OJT completion. It's been 6 months since I joined (batch of 30) there 3 people at the moment here who are planning to leave. 4) They treat you like donkeys! Literally.
