The only pro is that if you are a relative of anyone who has completed a few years in the company your job is secure. And yes lots of entertainment programs all the time, only for the select few who can afford the time. And those who can afford this luxury are ones above mentioned.

Cons

1. Horrible senior managers. 2. Third grade support staff 3. Useless HR 4. Red Tape everywhere. 5. Third grade work culture on the floor.
