Good canteens... management is good specifically hinjewadi location. Good salary hike if you are suitable for the post, according to your interview. Good Work life balance....

Cons

Freshers need more exposure of various technology as its very difficult to switch projects... so internally switching in projects should be in favour of employee in order to learn and enhance their skills. Slow growth....
