      1. For a fresher easy to crack interview.

      1. Not at all Employee Friendly 2. Very Poor Compensation 3. No Salary Hike in last 2 years. 4. Salary Hike is almost minimal (2-3%) 5. Low Work Standards 6. Useless Upper Management 7. No Good Projects, all substandard 8. Govt. Office like Work Culture 7. All policies are being made against the welfare of employees 8. List can go on

      Some projects are good. Will help u to enhance ur technical skills.

      Cons

      Insensitive higher level management. Peanuts as salary. Cruel office politics. They will file ur h1b and sit around for 2 years and make u work for peanuts. If are in att account then they will make u loose it someday. Good for a fresher but just switch once bond is over. They won't release u from project. Hr people basically don't have a say on u. All things rest with unit heads who behaves no less than Hitlers. Never trust anyone there even if he behaves as ur friend.
