The best thing is I quit. training: Some mediocre training. Work-life balance: non existent company values: What is that??? do they have any? office culture: Dirty politics. favoritism. flattery will get you places.

Cons

perks: Do they exist? if you work for this "baniya" company this word better not exist in your dictionary time off: again you get this, only of you are a manager's favorite.
