Pros

The process is good ( OYO ) I learnt a lot on communication. That is it ..... nothing else can be appreciated.

Cons

Hell lot of politics in management. No salary increment only work pressure increases You will always hear a no from the management for your importants They will only show there difficulty and incapability in managing a team and will bring the case to the requester only by making them guilty No Meal facility by the management Cab facility is bad No beverages offered ( Not even water ) HR will always tell the policy and try to play safe ... not willing to help. No salary improvement Ask to work for over time but we do not get paid for that. No night shift allowance There is a lot more ........... this place is very small to explain ...... they took my 43000 in between as commision for being the 3p b/w OYO and me
