Cons

No I dont think there are any flaws but i will like the management to not be partial to some employees. And also like the management to give opportunities to more employees.

It is an honor to work with techmahindra, get to learn technical stuff, work culture is good,team leaders are very helpful , approachable and thoughtful. There is a lot of scope for people to get opportunity to get into IT software

Cons

Cafeteria is not up to the mark, lack of extra curricular activities like sports outings etc.
