      Pros

      Flexible work hours(in some projects), this is the only pros in this company

      Cons

      Managers are extremely cunning and will say anything to keep you bound to your current project. if you are even remotely considerate of other people's feelings, the managers will walk all over you. So be a lifeless stone if you want to work for this company. The other cons is obviously hikes.
