Pros
Got the opportunity to work with a global client (Samsung) on real-world projects. Exposure to client-side working culture and technologies. Decent work-life balance during the project period. Smooth onboarding and support from Tech Mahindra at the start.
Cons
Job security is entirely dependent on client requirements – once the project ends, layoffs happen with little to no notice. No clear bench policy or redeployment strategy after project completion. Lack of communication from management during transition or exit phases. Career growth and upskilling opportunities are limited if you're on a long-term client deployment. HR and internal support are mostly inactive post client release.
