      - Job security - Good pay if you want one switch only for payment

      Cons

      - Lot of hierarchy - In my case Managers are not great, never get motivated from them about anything. - You don't expect much technical sound people around you - If you are doing well even though you should not get anything if you didn't speak and demand - Work hours completion - A very worst facility in office for pantry- didn't expect from such reputed company(Sharda Center, Pune Office) - Worst Internet speed, and even after raising concern no improvement

      Pros

      Nothing good. It's like a government office. HR won't even bother to reply to your queries. No Good projects, most of them are support. They send you to other companies as contract employee which is very painful. They don't even care after you move to the other company (as contract).

      Cons

      Hike what they give is literally peanuts. Worst Leave and Time Management. (1.75 leaves per month) If you have 0.75 days of leave balance you can't take a leave. No good options for saving tax.
