I worked at TechMahindra for 2 plus years. Good company to work with. Work pressure completely depends on project/client. Onsite opportunities are also available depending on projects. Onsite compensation is more as compared to other service based companies (with work permit for Europe). Management is also supportive.

Cons

Salary hike is less. Appraisal cycle often gets extended to 18 months instead of 1 year.
