Learning and development programmes are good.

Cons

Management is corrupt. Managers ask their subordinates for money, if they refuse to give money then the subordinate is assigned in random shifts and the manager gives it name as business requirement. HR is inactive, doesn't care about employee welfare. Their is no project specific HR, if HR is present he/she is dormant.

Good colleagues, nice office, it's the initial time to prove and settle down, the rest is with your team and manager who will analyse and promote you further job wise,

Cons

No hikes at all , hikes can be a better single digit number, no policies even though they are, no proper communication on any changes, attendance is a pain in the back side 9 hrs daily,
