      Pros

      Best thing is flexible work timing and there are some options for work from home. You can work from your preferred location. But it's all depends on your manager!!

      Cons

      Don't expect any hike get whatever you want before entering into company itself.

      - Good company for freshers. - Good company if you get onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      - You need to be in office for 9.5 hours even if you don't have work. - Salary hike is too low. - Nothing is free here, not even tea/coffee. - Here you don't have sick leaves. You have only earned leaves that is also very limited.

      Pros

      It was ok when I joined. But due to poor senior management policies and poor resource handling the company seems to be not doing all that well now. Good work life balance if working from client office. If it is in TechM office then it depends on the project.

      Cons

      Although we see profits coming in during the quarterly reports the employees are not given any hikes. For the past two years hike is very bad and this year employees with experience above six years the hikes have been deferred. No growth for the employee. Promotions are also not given out promptly.
