Relaxed environment not much work load. Sit and prepare for exams. best at Senior level.

Cons

Less learning opportunities, less growth, technical skills will remain at same level irrespective of no. of years spent in the company. Less hike not fixed process for that and not much good projects to work on, mostly 24*7 projects. Management is very poor.
