Good Entry Level Training Program.

Cons

No Good Hikes After being acquired by tech mahindra, the erstwhile 'mahindra satyam' has degraded in every sense. The word 'employee friendly' does not suit this organisation anymore.

Good infrastructure, cafeteria and lots of free time.

Cons

Very poor compensation. No regular hikes. Employees are ill-treated by the management. No one seems to work here. Even a small job takes years. No good projects to work on.

When i was joined in Mahindra Satyam (currently known as Tech M) it was very nice..

Cons

No carrier growth, no financial benefits.. hike process is too worst. There is no option to change our platform. no cross technology learning facilities.
