Good people, flexible timings & opportunities to learn and do hard work.

Cons

As usual pay scale is very poor. Higher management is not good in policy constructions. In TechM they introduced work tracking tool that will collect each and every minute activity. That would be very difficult few people :) moreover working hours is 9:30 :(
