      A lot of extra activities being done by "JOSH" in the company ranging from Treking, cricket, football competition and even social activities.

      Cons

      Very little aspect for beginner employees. Very few projects to select from. More testing projects than development.

      Doesn't have any good employee based policy. All the policies are revised and are made more rigorous making it difficult for the employees to continue. If you are fresher and your talent or work is not praised than u should look for jobs in other firms after your bind period.
