Cons

The managers and leads are micromanaging askholes. Too much regional politics. Pay is literal trash for freshers, its been the same 3.25 lpa for decades it seems.

Hybrid Culture for some projects.

Cons

- There is no ELTP training, they will assign some udemy course for formality aka training.Allocation to projects starts from 1st week of your joining, they will randomly allocate anyone to anywhere. - Most projects are supporting or non-tech, neither growth nor job security. - If you do not get any project, be ready to face termination anytime without prior notice.(happened with me)
