1. False claims - They hire freshers mentioning the role as Associate Software Engineer but later on they convert them to BPO level tasks. They try to harass the employees by providing warning letters and calls from HR. They even go to heights were the HR will simply tell you to resign if you are not wanting to continue in BPO roles.
2. Horrific management - The management is disgusting. Everyone from top to bottom will provide nothing of value to you. They will snatch everything you have. They will bully you and continue to exploit you. They will refuse even talking to you when you reach them out for something of your concern.
3. No trainings - They claim to work on you and train you to get you upto speed but in my entire tenure, no single training was held. There were employees on bench who connected with us for a week and just read through articles and PDFs with no knowledge transfer whatsoever.
4. Legal turmoil - The company makes you sign a bond of 2 years and ₹1 Lakh Rupees. All of this is fine but if the company doesn't even have projects and wants to just put you on bench, what's the point of hiring and making the employee sign a bond. I contacted several other people who have been sitting on bench for over a year and they continue to sit idle with no training or direction.
5. No benefits or assistance - If you happen to fall ill or have some personal issues to attend, there will no assistance whatsoever, no consideration of employee's request.
