      Bad or Worst experiencing!!!

      Pros

      - Good for freshers. - Initial kickoff is good - Extra activities by JOSH a cultural event team is awesome.

      Cons

      - This merger is killing employees working here. They have decide to pay hikes for 13-14 appraisal in JAN 2014 with no arrears. - Late appraisal letters and disappointed hikes than any other IT company. Reason would talent dictators they have hired to manage their money. - Management sucks here. - If you are sincere about work assigned to you, please don't come here. Manage/lead will see you for bundle of work assigned believing you are only the resource working in his team.

      Pros

      Good only if you are not on BENCH for long and get into a good project.

      Cons

      Mainframe technology is in its worst phase as far as this company is concerned. No quality projects , infact no projects in this technology. Scores of freshers being trained on this technology only to wait indefinitely for a project. Lowest salary among major IT companies in India. Negligible salary hike and that too if they want to give. Employee satisfaction is zerooooooooo. Satyam had far better work environmnent and policies than this company. After merger it has brought in its stupid policies and making life hell for its employees especially in the below 4 years experience group.

      Got stuck here as a fresher. Wasted 2 years here because of bond. Now I am not able to find a decent enough job coz all I experienced here was politics bitching . If u know how to be managers pet go for it.
